DialDoctor HealthTech, a partnership firm operating from Akola, Maharashtra, provides this Platform subject to the explicit warnings, limitations, and exclusions of liability detailed below.

1. ABSENCE OF MEDICAL ADVICE OR CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS

• No Medical Practice: DialDoctor does not practice medicine, provide clinical diagnoses, evaluate health symptoms, or recommend specific treatments, drugs, or therapeutic interventions.
• Informational Purposes Only: Any text, graphics, data, articles, pricing, or media on the Platform are for high-level informational, discovery, and logistical purposes only. No content on DialDoctor should ever be construed as a replacement for formal medical consultations, expert clinical evaluation, or professional diagnostic procedures.

2. EMERGENCY WARNING

Never attempt to book an online appointment via DialDoctor if you or the individual you are assisting requires urgent, time-critical medical attention.

3. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH DIALDOCTOR

Your use of the Platform, account registration, browsing of listed specialties, or completion of an appointment booking does not create a doctor-patient, clinical, or therapeutic relationship of any nature between you and DialDoctor.

Any professional medical relationship exists exclusively and bilaterally between you and the specific Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) you chose to consult. DialDoctor remains a strictly separate software intermediary to that arrangement.

4. PRACTITIONER DATA & VERIFICATION LIMITS

• Profile details, academic degrees, medical board fellowships, consultation charges, and availability windows visible on the Platform are provided directly by independent RMPs or their clinic administrators.
• While DialDoctor performs baseline identity and registration verification under the IT Intermediary Guidelines, 2021, we do not guarantee the absolute, real-time accuracy or completeness of a practitioner's details at all times.
• Patients are strongly encouraged to independently cross-verify practitioner standings on the official public registries of the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Councils.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF MEDICAL OUTCOMES

DialDoctor has zero oversight over the quality of medical care, prescriptions, or surgical interventions. The Firm explicitly disclaims all responsibility for:

• Clinical accuracy, effectiveness, safety, or quality of treatments prescribed by any RMP discovered through the Platform
• Variations in recovery rates, unexpected allergic reactions, or general treatment outcomes
• Sudden clinician cancellations, clinic wait times, or erratic calendar modifications

6. INTERMEDIARY LIABILITY SHIELD

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, DialDoctor, its operating partners, and executives hold zero civil liability regarding:

• Medical negligence, diagnostic failure, clinical malpractice, or wrongful death occurring at a listed practitioner's facility or during a teleconsultation
• Prescription or dosage errors originating from an RMP's clinical dashboard or written scripts
• Psychological or physical injury caused by reliance on profile summaries or informational tags
• Technical latencies, payment gateway drops, or database outages that delay appointment verification

7. COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN HEALTHCARE LAWS

This Disclaimer is executed in alignment with:

• Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 — clinical accountability remains with the treating RMP
• Section 43A & 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 — safe-harbor protection for the Platform as a technology aggregator

4. Any formal litigation involving this Disclaimer shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Akola, Maharashtra, India.
