The "Verification" page is where you submit your credentials to get the blue Verified badge on your profile. The page features a "Verification Progress" stepper to track your journey.
Understanding Status Banners
- Awaiting Document Upload (Yellow): You need to upload a file.
- Documents Under Review (Cyan): Your file is uploaded and safely stored in our private R2 bucket. Admins are reviewing it.
- Verification Rejection Notice (Red): Your document was rejected. Read the moderation notes and click the red "Replace" button to upload a new one.
- Account Fully Verified & Live (Green): You are verified! Your identity fields on the Profile page are now locked.
When your status turns green, you will see a checkmark on Step 3 of the progress tracker.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1Go to "Verification" in the sidebar.
2First, enter your Medical Registration Number / License Number and click Save.
3Under "Verification Document", click the upload box (or "Select File").
4Upload your MBBS Degree or Medical Council Registration Certificate.
5Wait for the Admin Verification step to complete (usually 24-48 hours).
