Your profile dashboard is split into two critical tabs: "Public Profile Data" and "Verification & Internal". It also features a real-time Profile Quality Checklist to guide you.

Identity Fields Locked

Once your profile is verified (via the Verification center), your Full Name, Qualification, and Medical Registration Number are permanently locked for security.

If you need to change a locked field, click the "Edit Details" button, then click the blue "Request Update" link below the locked field. A modal will pop up asking for the new value and a reason. Admins will review the request.

Verification Status Box

At the top of the Profile page, you will see a "Verification Status" card. It displays whether your account is 🟢 Profile Verified, 🟡 Under Review, 🔴 Verification Rejected, or 🔴 Documents Pending.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1Click "My Profile" in the sidebar.
2Under the "Public Profile Data" tab, upload a professional photo by clicking the camera icon.
3Fill out your "Full Name", "About Doctor" (bio), "Consultation Fee", and "Languages" (e.g. English, Hindi).
4Switch to the "Verification & Internal" tab.
5Select your "Medical Specialty Taxonomy", enter your "Qualification", "Experience (Years)", and "Medical Registration Number".
6Click "Save Changes" at the top right.

Pro Tips for Success

💡 Watch the "Profile Quality Checklist" on the right side. It will show a green checkmark when you complete all 8 required fields.
