DialDoctor Knowledge Base
DialDoctor uses a robust shift-based scheduling system. You can configure this on the "Availability" page.
Patients will only be able to book offline appointments during the exact shifts you define here.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1Click "Availability" in the sidebar.
2You will see a list of days from Monday to Sunday. Click the toggle switch next to a day to mark it as a working day (it will turn teal).
3For enabled days, a default shift (09:00 to 17:00) is created. You can adjust the Start and End times.
4Click "+ Add Shift" if you work split shifts (e.g., morning and evening).
5Click "Save Schedule" at the top right.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
❌Creating overlapping shifts. The system will throw an error if Shift 1 and Shift 2 overlap on the same day.
❌Setting an end time that is before the start time.
