The "My Clinic" page allows you to link your profile to a physical location. You have two options: Join an Existing Clinic or Create a New Clinic.
Managing Clinic Media
Once your clinic is approved, the My Clinic page changes into an editor. You can use the "Media Gallery & Assets" tab to upload a Clinic Logo and Gallery Images. You can even set which gallery image should act as the Cover Photo.
You can reorder your gallery images using the Up/Down arrow buttons next to each image.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1Navigate to "My Clinic" in the sidebar.
2Under "Configure Practice Location", click the "Join Existing Clinic" (Search icon) button if your hospital is already listed on DialDoctor.
3Or click the green "Create New Clinic" (Plus icon) button if this is a private practice not yet on the platform.
4If creating a new clinic, enter the Clinic Name, select Clinic Type (Single Specialty or Multi-Specialty), City, and detailed Address.
5Upload a Clinic Registration Certificate or Establishment License (optional but recommended for faster approval).

💡 All new clinic registrations and join requests must be approved by a DialDoctor Admin before they appear on your public profile.
Frequently Asked Questions
QHow do I know if my clinic join request was approved?
You will see a "Pending Join Requests" or "Rejected Requests" banner at the top of the My Clinic page. Once approved, the page will switch to show the clinic details.
