Enter clinic name, city, address, phone number, and Google Maps link.

3. Management Role

4. Add Doctors

Search and link verified DialDoctor practitioners practicing at your location.

5. Add Staff

Invite receptionists and managers with appropriate operational access.

6. Review & Confirm

7. Enter Workspace

Instant access to your live Clinic/Hospital Workspace.

Prerequisites for Onboarding

An active mobile number to receive your login OTP.
Official clinic or hospital name and physical street address.
Contact phone number for patient enquiries.
Names or phone numbers of consulting doctors you wish to affiliate.

You don't need all your doctors or staff ready right now. You can add one doctor during onboarding and add more doctors, receptionists, and managers later directly from the workspace.

1Visit www.dialdoctor.in/for-clinics and click "Create Your Clinic/Hospital Profile".

2Log in with your 10-digit mobile number and verify via OTP.

3Select your facility type (e.g. Clinic, Multi-Doctor Clinic, Hospital).

4Fill in the clinic or hospital name, city, and physical address.

5Select your role (Owner, Manager, Representative).

6Optionally search and select doctors practicing at your facility.

7Click "Complete Setup" to immediately launch your Clinic/Hospital Workspace.
