Who Can Create a Clinic or Hospital Profile?

DialDoctor Knowledge Base

You do NOT have to be a doctor to create a clinic or hospital on DialDoctor. Facility ownership is cleanly decoupled from doctor medical licensing, empowering owners, administrators, and authorized managers to run operations.

Eligible Roles for Profile Creation

DialDoctor recognizes that modern healthcare facilities are managed by diverse leadership teams. Any authorized representative with an active DialDoctor login can create a clinic or hospital profile:

Supported Ownership Profiles

1
Doctor / Practice Owner

Medical practitioners who own their private clinic or polyclinic.

2
Hospital Owner

Founders, proprietors, or executive directors of private hospitals.

3
Clinic Manager

Operations managers entrusted with daily clinic administration.

4
Hospital Administrator

Administrative staff managing hospital appointments and scheduling.

5
Authorized Representative

Designated team members creating the profile on behalf of leadership.

How Ownership Works Under the Hood

When you create a clinic or hospital profile, your account is automatically assigned the Owner role. This gives you complete administrative authority over the workspace, including adding doctors, appointing managers, and inviting reception staff.

If you are a doctor, you can link your own doctor profile to the clinic or hospital during onboarding. If you are not a doctor, you simply add your consulting doctors from DialDoctor's verified doctor network.

Frequently Asked Questions

QWill my personal doctor profile be affected if I am an owner?

No. Doctor profiles and clinic management roles are separate layers. You retain full control over your individual doctor profile while also commanding the clinic workspace.

QCan non-doctor owners view patient medical histories?

The Clinic Workspace manages appointments, queue status, tokens, and patient visit records. Confidential clinical consultation notes remain between the doctor and patient.
