1. New Appointment / Walk-in
Search mobile or create guest
2. Token Issued
Sequential daily token assigned
3. Waiting in Queue
Reception monitors waiting count
4. Consultation Status
Mark as Visited, Not Visited, or Cancelled
Step 1: Creating an Appointment / Walk-in
Click the "+ New Appointment" button in the workspace top bar. The booking modal supports two seamless flows:
- Returning Patient Search: Enter the patient's 10-digit mobile number. The system retrieves existing patient details and family profiles automatically.
- Walk-in / Guest Registration: If the patient is new, enter their name, phone number, and age directly to book without delay.
Step 2: Doctor & Slot Selection
Select which doctor the patient wants to consult. The system loads that doctor's real-time schedule and presents only valid, available time slots. Confirmed slots immediately update across both the clinic and doctor dashboards.

Frequently Asked Questions
QCan two patients get the same token number on the same day?
No. Daily tokens are strictly sequential (1, 2, 3...) per clinic date, ensuring zero duplicate tokens.
QCan a receptionist book an appointment for tomorrow or next week?
