Adding a Staff Member

Staff Member Addition Steps

Go to the Staff section in the Clinic/Hospital Workspace.

2. Click "+ Add Staff"

Open the staff creation modal.

3. Enter Mobile Number

Enter the staff member's registered 10-digit mobile number.

4. Assign Role

Select "manager" or "staff" from the dropdown.

5. Confirm

Staff member can immediately log in and access the workspace.

Suspending or Removing Staff

Owners can instantly suspend or remove a staff member's access at any time. A suspended user is immediately blocked from entering the workspace while retaining historical appointment audit logs intact.

Every appointment status change and booking action is automatically stamped with the staff member's identity for complete reception accountability.

QCan a staff member see other clinics I own?

No. Multi-clinic isolation guarantees that staff members only have access to the specific facility they are assigned to.

QDoes a receptionist need a doctor profile?

No. Receptionists only require a standard DialDoctor login. They access the workspace directly.
