Facility Closed Days are ideal for scheduled holidays, national celebrations, weekly clinic closures, annual breaks, or unexpected emergency closures where the entire establishment is not operating.

• Public & National Holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti)
• Festival Holidays (e.g., Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid, Christmas)

How to Add a Closed Date or Date Range

1. 1Navigate to your Clinic/Hospital Workspace and click "Settings" in the left sidebar.
2. 2Select the "Closed Days" tab from the top navigation bar.
3. 3Click the "+ Add Closed Day" button in the upper right.
4. 4Choose Single Date or Date Range.
5. 5Pick your date(s) and select a quick reason chip (e.g. Festival Holiday, Public Holiday, Sunday) or enter a custom reason.
6. 6Click "Add Closed Date". The closure applies instantly.
